Payment Policies
Group Tours
Group Tour reservations require a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. This will be charged to your credit card.
This deposit
will be applied toward your balance. We will mail you a contract for you to read and sign.
The contract will specify the BALANCE DUE. A check for the balance due must accompany a copy of the signed contract and
arrive at our office by the date specified on the contract (usually about ten days after you receive the contract).
If the check and contract do not arrive at our office by the due date, your tour may be cancelled at the discretion of
Fruitful Vine LLC and you will forfeit your deposit.
Please make checks payable to: Fruitful Vine LLC, and include your tour date on the memo line.

Hop-On Tours
When you reserve seats on a Hop On Tour, your credit card will be charged for the full amount at the time of booking.
Your online reservation page serves as your contract; no other documentation will be mailed to you.
We will send you a confirmation email within 2 business days of your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Group Tours: THE $100 DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON; all cancelled tours will forfeit this deposit.
If you cancel a tour more than 30 days before the scheduled tour date, any money paid less the deposit will be refunded in full.
HOP-ON TOURS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Agreement
Entered into between Fruitful Vine LLC (FV) and guest (group leader and whole group):
- Overage fee: $2 per minute past the scheduled drop off time
- Abuse of equipment: replacement of any equipment (tv, dvd, stereo, stains, etc.) broken by guest
- Disorderly conduct: FV reserves the right to end any charter immediately in the event of fights, excessive drunkenness, or any other conduct
determined disorderly by driver
- Additional fees will be charged to the credit card on file
- Absolutely no alcohol will be brought on or consumed in any FV vehicle unless purchased
from a winery while on tour.
- Guests will not hold Fruitful Vine responsible for decisions or actions of any guests during or after tour
