Your credit card will be charged for the full amount at the time you make the reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS, DATE TRANSFERS, OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR SCHEDULED TOUR.
To receive a refund, please email info@fruitfulvinetours.com and include the following information:
- Tour date
- Tour type (i.e. Vino Coach or Wine-o-Wagon)
- Name Pick up location
Our Cancellation Fee is 5% of your tour price.
Agreement
Entered into between Fruitful Vine, LLC (FV) and guest (group leader and whole group):
Abuse of equipment: replacement of any equipment (TV, DVD, stereo, stains, etc.) broken by guest.
Disorderly conduct: FV reserves the right to end any tour immediately in the event of fights, excessive drunkenness, or any other conduct determined disorderly by the driver.
Absolutely no open alcohol will be brought on or consumed in any Fruitful Vine Tour vehicle.
Guests will not hold Fruitful Vine responsible for decisions or actions of any guests during or after the tour.
Our Cleaning Fee is $350 because vomit is officially considered a biohazard and is required to be cleaned up properly by trained professionals.
